Var Habitat head office renovation – La Valette du Var
This head office renovation met many objectives, all associated with giving this 1970s construction a new lease of life.
Important research optimised energy use in the building; exterior insulation was improved as was solar input through the use of new windows and sun-shade devices.
Research into the overall look of the building resulted in a reinvented style whilst preserving the professional and prestigious approach of the company through an understated contemporary style.

THE DETAIL
A metallic paint was used on the ground level of the building and the pillars to match the style of the cases used to clad the flagstone ends.
