The buildings extend along the existing pitch and offer the best position possible for a maximum number of homes.

Particular care was taken to ensure the whole development is on a human scale. The R+1 and R+2 buildings are staggered to create rhythm, to play with volumes and shade. This effect is enhanced by the walls rendered in white, grey and taupe and the stone cladding that enhances shape and volume.

The buildings appear like simple shapes assembled together to reveal clever arrangements of mass and volume. The façades balance and complement the site’s components.

THE DETAIL

Alternating roof terraces (accessible or not) and tiled roofing lifts the volume of the buildings as a whole. They appear like simple shapes assembled together to reveal clever arrangements of mass and volume. They are occasionally punctuated with very different, stylish balconies.
