Offices – La Ciotat
The development is in a specific landscape where elements of the build will be located on the existing slope.
The buildings follow a horizontal line that evokes the sea on the distant horizon. From the sea and La Ciotat town-centre below the Athélia business park, the façade has a very simple, minimalist style, so as not to disturb the existing views.
On the other side, the façade visible from the business park plays with fluidity, the paths and the associated kinetics.
The existing trees add a verticality that is echoed in the façade, integrating the elements of the build in their surrounding environment.
