A green construction surrounded by planted gardens, closely connected to the sea, near and far.
The aesthetics draw their roots and references from 1930s architecture.
The apartments have large individual terraces, individual and communal gardens that overlook the landscaped gardens in the centre of the site and panoramic views of the sea.
The balconies mingle with the tops of the trees and ships’ masts, all reflected in the nearby ocean.

THE DETAIL
Materials: the buildings use stone cladding, embracing the existing terraced landscape through their very nature.
Volume composition:
Large terraces affirm the wide horizontal lines visible from the sea whilst connecting the varied volumes in the development. The sun-shades and balcony-terraces are built with large overhangs, to easily manage the sun and weather.
