Secret Beach – La Croix Valmer
The development is for the a construction of 3 R+1 builds for 33 homes in total. The buildings are connected via two distinguishable halls. The three buildings are designed and fully integrated into the landscape, respecting the neighbouring residential environment. The project draws inspiration from the surrounding villas:
- staggered buildings By staggering the buildings, they can follow the topography of the site but still remain one unit.
- roof tiles in the same proportions as the neighbouring villas.

THE DETAIL
The volumes of the patios create a contemporary feel for the whole. This architectural style enables vertical sequencing of the façades, creating a tempo that matches the slope in proportions that complement the small villas. The use of materials and colours close to those used in the area generates an aesthetic that is perfectly integrated into the surrounding neighbourhood.
