Symphonie sur Parc – Hyeres les Palmiers
The organisation creates communal landscaped gardens in the centre of the development. This planted heart has a promenade that passes through several sub-gardens, creating spaces that are not overlooked, themed gardens and play areas open to the public and the residents.
On the edges, landscaping is expertly interfaced with the surrounding environment. Landscaped garden areas structure the project from east to west creating visual openings.
All of the buildings use the same vocabulary of white volumes above grey flint.

THE DETAIL
The perforated metal has a plant motif reminiscent of the palm tree; it projects patterns of shade and light on the façades.
The oblique shapes in white and the different sized balconies bring life to the façades.
