The development is a continuation of the head office refurbishment carried out by empreinte. We opted for a simple shape expressing its own functionalities. The approach provides the most light possible for the office spaces whilst respecting comfort guidelines for summer sun with a stylish east-west overhang.

The spaces are organised around a patio-meeting room and vertical flow. This approach generates fluidity. The opening above the patio provides natural light for the meeting rooms.

The development has a truly dynamic and energising spirit expressed by the façade. It will use materials like aluminium cladding (the same colour as the cladding used for renovating the head office) and Donpalon.

THE DETAIL

A planted patio is designed as a central area in the meeting room. Wonderful natural light infiltrates the room and plants bring freshness, changing with the seasons.
